Zmiany stosunków wodnych pod wpływem antropopresji na południowym skłonie Gór Słonnych

Abstract

To perform the settled task the Slonne Range Mountain has been chosen together with the Wujskie stream drainage basin. The area is distinguished by variable structure of utilization inside of which stabile accession of forest area at the cost of arable lands were taking place. The hydrological analyses of the Wujskie stream basin were based on the period 1988-1994. First of all diurnal water levels have been considered as they represent all types of changes taking place within the basin. They reflect not only natural and weather conditions but also man’s activity. On the basis of continuous data of water levels since 1988 diurnal fluctuations of water levels have been recorded. The phenomenon occurs only during fallless periods and the biggest oscillations are registrated while sunny and very warm days.
