Abstract
The meeting in 1967 was organized by Professors Stanisław Gołąb and Marek Kuczma. It was held in Tatra mountains and was the first international conference on functional equations organized in Poland. For most of Polish participants this was the first occassion to give a talk in a foreign language. The article is based on the Conference Proceedings which were published in 1969, cf. [Z]. The participants, survey lectures and short communications are briefly reminded. Further international meetings on functional equations (and inequalities), up to the 6th ICFEI, are also mentioned.
