dc.description.abstractIn my article I refer to the need for solid training teachers in order to prepare them for challenging situations commonly associated with difficult students and their inappropriate behaviors. Studies, including author’s, show that such training is needed (however it is not the only important factor influencing teacher’s effectiveness). On one hand there should be a more in-depth education during pedagogical studies for future teachers. On the other hand, thoughtful development of teachers’ skills and competence in this area throughout their work would also be beneficial. Probably a large study in this topic, concerning existing (and new) possibilities would allow reliable diagnosis and development of new ideas which would result in improving the situation and make the cooperation on the line of teacher-student more fruitful and less problematic.en_EN
