The modern education is a collection of subjects in an asymmetric system of interdependence. Each of them (a
teacher, a pupil, a parent) has to deal with the technological, social and geopolitical challenges in the changing
reality, in which axiological and psychomotor aspects of the human development ceased to be constant. The article
presents the possibilities of the introduce of coaching in the school, the daily practice of teachers and what are
the challenges before them this kind of work.
