dc.description.abstractReferring to results both of fMRI scans of the brain and of research into developmental difficulties of children at school age the author of this paper postulates the necessity of changes in the sphere of the hitherto obligatory method of teaching reading. Mistakes of the analytical method were also analyzed and theoretical foundations of the simultaneous and sequential method of teaching reading were presented. Moreover, effectiveness of the postulated method in the wide spectrum of speech and language therapy was shown.en
