dc.description.abstractToday we face the challenges of adult life of people with intellectual disability. It is necessary to further develop the educational and social services for young people and adults with intellectual disability as quickly as their basic health needs were provided with care. The increase of the average life expectancy in the overall population leads to the growth of the number of elderly disabled people. It generates new challenges which have to be noticed and realized. The solutions to these challenges will have to fulfil the basic right of every human – the right to dignified life.en
