The aim of the article is to determine if there is a relation between a holistically understood health and stage-fright in a group of young people learning in a music school. The theoretical basis for the research consisted of the Functional Health Model by H. Wrona- Polańska (2003), in which health is a function of creative stress and resource management. Stage-fright in this article is understood as a specific kind of stress, which can influence man’s health (Wrona-Polańska, 2014). Health and stage-fright were operationalized with the use of, respectively - five and two indicators. The results obtained indicated that the biopsychosocial health of the youth educating in the field of music is connected with the level of stage-fright felt.en
