Ewolucja pojęcia nauczyciel – klient bibliotek pedagogicznych w świetle aktów prawnych

Abstract

The role of pedagogical libraries during nearly 100 years of their functioning in Poland has undergone changes – not only the circle of the addressees has been broadened, but also the offer and meaning of libraries in the process of education. The article briefly presents the legal acts regulating the functioning of pedagogical libraries. Special attention has been put on the highest one - Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 28 February 2013 on detailed principles of public pedagogical libraries (Journal of Laws 2013 pos. 369) (Rozporządzenie Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 28 lutego 2013 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad działania publicznych bibliotek pedagogicznych), and the proposed amendments. By analysing the individual documents, main focus was put on paragraphs and points indicating the main users of the facilities - teachers.
