Jakość życia w sytuacjach niepewnych

Abstract

Podjęta w artykule problematyka dotyczy dwu zasadniczych zagadnień. Z jednej strony nawiązuje do skutków procesu globalizacji, jakimi są niewątpliwie powiększające się obszary zjawisk generujących poczucie niepewności i zagrożenia, z drugiej natomiast odnosi się do subiektywnej oceny jakości życia współczesnego człowieka. W opracowaniu przedstawiono wyniki badań empirycznych, które wskazują, że wraz ze wzrostem niepewności wzrasta poczucie zagrożenia i jednocześnie obniża się poziom zadowolenia z życia.

The problems tackled in this article relate to two elementary issues. On the one hand, they refer to the effects of the globalisation process, which involve the undoubtedly growing areas of the phenomena generating the sense of uncertainty and danger, and on the other hand to the subjective evaluation of the quality of life of a modern man. The study presents the results of empirical research which indicate that with the increased uncertainty also the sense of danger is increased and the level of satisfaction with life is reduced.
