dc.description.abstract	The paper presents five various areas where the research has been conducted. The main part of the paper is description of researches related to personality characteristics of teachers (Kossewska, 2000; Kliś, Kossewska, 2000). These studies were designed to examine whether any individual differences determine the attitudes of teachers towards mainstreaming and whether they have impact on teacher training practice.	en_EN
