dc.description.abstract | An amusement situation makes occasion for spontaneous utterances the big part of which has the modal character.
Children’s language contains several lexical indexes of modality (proper modal verbs, modal predicates, modal
particles, adherent qualifiers, and modal adjectives). From the semantic point of view children's language
reflects good understanding of the importance of means of modality w hich enables proper using of the means in
spontaneous amusement discourse.
Possible incorrectness is caused by the stage of language development at the preschool age and gradual acquisition
of communicational (both conversational and discursive) competence at this age. | en_EN |
