Abstract

In this article the author presents the study on the links between the interpersonal training and the changes in the hierarchy of psychological needs among the students. In this study was used "Stern Activities Index" to measure the level of psychological needs. The students were tested twice: before and after the training. Obtained results are discussed from the statistical and psychological point of view.
