The theoretical part of the work presents the basic information on the method of biofeedback
as a way to support the development of children and adolescents with special needs. The
practical part presents the opinions of parents and patients on the EEG biofeedback method
on the basis of available data in the Internet, and describes the experiences of studied people
connected with this method, the frequency of the examination, the disorders it was supposed
to reduce, and the results of the therapy. Next there are the results of the on-line interviews
conducted with people using the biofeedback method that describe what biofeedback is in
their opinion and in what purpose it is being used. Additionally there is a presentation of
data gathered during the conversation with a pedagogue using the biofeedback method in an
integrated school. These information included the price of the therapy, number of students
taking part in the therapy, area of use, stages of the therapy, and the therapeutic office
equipment. The entire presentation allows for reaching own conclusions on the biofeedback
method, its effectiveness and sense of its use in special needs therapy.
