dc.description.abstractThe author highlights the changes in the conditions of studying in postgraduate studies and the variety of students’ profiles. On the basis of the analysis of the subject literature and the survey answers, she introduces the problem of methodological awareness of doctoral students. She considers different ways of introducing postgraduate students into the role of academic teachers and the possibilities of making them aware of the basis of academic teacher training and its place between practice and theory of education. The author presents her original syllabus of teacher training for doctoral students and analyses its effects.en_EN
