This article gives us a new look on system of operative law regulation which create education reality in Poland. We try to show process of using creative, ground-breaking, inventive, experimental methods of teaching peoples publicized by creative school. The article reminds us that meeting and breaking barriers is second name of innovation. Go on elementary, non-mainstream suggestions of teaching ways we fund out that unexpected solutions gives us better effects in the end of education way. We call attention to real possibility of individual work with child by teacher, what is the most important element in creative school. Inconsistencies and dilemmas of contemporary school, which may affect on working properly were made. Importance of adequacy between results to expenditure of energy of its teachers were being proved. Moreover we signalize that work with children demands improvement of teaching system not only in primary and secondary schools but especially teachers system of studies.
