dc.description.abstractEarly education is a special period in education of each individual. It supplies the beginning of knowledge personally, also in this period the attitudes to learning, to school and to a teacher are formed. J. Delors defined this period as a „passport to life”. The success achieved in the whole process of education and even in life depends on successful process of early education. In this period a teacher is a significant person for most children, a teacher who sometimes enjoys bigger respect then parents. A teacher can motivate a student, can support in searching and encourage to take an action. The uniqueness of the teacher’s role, except supporting the process of learning and developing the abilities essential for further education, is that the teacher has to substitute parents for a few hours a day. Therefore, it is important to conduct the research concerning the teachers of early education, because quality of didactical-educational process depends on their work.en_EN
