Form many people a typical school is associated with the schoolteacher, screaming children, duty staying inside this building. When a child enters the school parents or guardians wonder what will be teacher, colleagues and friends like. At school there are following communities: the world of students, teachers and the class. The teacher gives personal example to students, participate in their life and work. Both the teacher and the student make knowledge and study the content of their lifes. Very important is relationship between people and cooperation in a group. The teacher works through the prism of study, his own attitude to the profession, education and in cooperation with the parents of students. An important part of teacher’s profession is satisfaction of work. An important factor for every teacher should be a life style, which provides and fulfills professional projects. The teacher becomes attractive when his work is a calling, demonstrating a full commitment in school affairs and students’ life.
