The text indicates literary anthropology as a method offering Polish studies at school
interpretation tools adequate to after-modern cultural conditions. However, the structural
paradigm of the humanities is recognized as a legitimization of the current educational
system, despite modern philosophical and sociological diagnosis supporting the belief in
objectivity of cognitive and evaluation procedures. Transformation of Polish studies at school
requires educating teachers able to distinguish between structurally-based methodology and
anthropologically-based methodology. To achieve this goal, the text offers a set of five didactic
situations, dramatizing the reception of the text and describing performance aesthetics as the
closest model of participation in modern culture.
