Przeszkody i nieporozumienia w rozmowie nauczyciela z uczniem

Abstract

Komunikacja pomiędzy nauczycielami i uczniami narażona jest na szereg trudności wynikających między innymi z zajmowanych pozycji, doświadczeń i nagromadzonych emocji. W artykule przedstawiono najważniejsze czynniki zakłócające relacje między tymi dwoma podmiotami i dokonano ich charakterystyki. W celu uchwycenia jak najszerszego spektrum uwarunkowań, analizie poddano trudności wynikające z cech i zachowań obu stron, uwzględniając perspektywę ucznia i nauczyciela.

Teacher-student communication is prone to a number of obstacles that stem from the position of the participants, their experiences and accumulated emotions. The article presents and analyzes the most important factors impeding relations between those two groups. In order to observe the broad spectrum of conditions, analyzed were the difficulties stemming from the attributes and behavior of both the student and the teacher.
