The article presents the issue of subjectivity as seen through the prism of the educational
process. The teacher is the person who should assist the student in its activities so as
to become an autonomous, fully self-conscious entity. The person who has a sense of
perpetration and creating their own lives. Reflection made in the article try to answer the
questions that should be a good teacher, what features should be characterized and what
action to take, that pupils can educate their potential for development.
The idea of partnership and subjectivity in relation teacher - pupil went through
a number of theoretical studies, but it is still difficult to achieve in practice teaching.
Therefore, we seek ways and means to achieve this goal. One of the proposals are creative
workouts that can be organized in various forms in schools. Here, very clearly the teacher
implements the principle of subjectivity because the main aim of such classes is to stimulate
and develop student’s potential ability to broaden the knowledge and skill with which it
comes to school. The article contains examples of exercises developing creative approach
to life, thanks to which the student becomes an active, self-realization entity.
