dc.description.abstract | In the peculiar way with experiencing the stress without a doubt the teaching profession
is associated with the profession. Roles performed by the teacher require the permanent
contact of the interpersonal, huge commitment and the responsible cooperation with
pupils, their parents, the school staff and institutions cooperating with her. Everything it
is taking place at the same time under the permanent people power and causes that the
teaching profession is exceptionally absorbing psychophysical, using up and stressing.
The long-term stress accompanying the routine work can in consequence take the
teacher to the professional burnout. And so burning down is a direct effect of the permanent
professional stress. The research on the stress at the work, in the teaching profession is
showing that it is profession, in which the chronic stress is acting and peculiar nuisances
and permanent stressful events are appearing. Work with young people with method of the
coaching could contribute to better relations pupil - teacher, where the teacher would become
a partner, an adviser rather than an authority. Getting to know principles and methods of
the coaching by teachers would extend the scope of their acquired competence. | en_EN |
