dc.description.abstract | It is worth noticing that the education is undeniably linked with moral values, also
with the concept of good and following the “right way”. A teacher who works with the
discernment of truth, who understands the meaning and consequences of itself actions
and who feels that he or she cares about the good pupil, thereby respecting the duty
of full filling the criterion of providing ethic education. Very useful is knowledge about
these spheres of personality, and these areas of human activity that are associated with the
occupation. Good knowledge of each other determines the success within the working
area of teacher, providing a better acceptance of the work environment as well as better
adaptation to the innovative tasks.
Own research work proves that many teachers are not aware of the effects of
their behavior substantially related directly or indirectly to the subject of profession.
Assuming that the teacher’s should work on themselves and it is an essential requirement
of cultivated profession, it must be recognized that it has to be based on accurate self-
-knowledge. However, teachers do not always recognize the value of self-discovery and
self-development. Teachers’ behaviors are most accurately perceived by the students during
the lessons. This justifies the need to care about the ethical dimension of the personality
